I lost $2200 myself and I to would like to know if Charis got what she deserved. I would of thought that we would of heard something in what, almost 5 year now?
For the retard above that stated that if you made money off of 12dp then you stole it and broke the law, get real man. The scam was on the other end and the investors were fooled.

Wow…never have a read as much brainwashed blabber about conspiracy theories. If someone believes autosurfs (which make pennies per thousand views) sustained ridiculous returns, I am not surprised these are the same morons who believe the government stole their money. Do any of you idiots know what a Receiver is? Probably not. You probably think it is someone set up to rob you…because who isn’t trying to rob you? Receivers gather all ill-gotten funds and then equitably disburse them to those that were victims. The government didn’t take your money you freaking idiots! They print the money…why do they need your nickels?

I guess I need to stop wondering why this country is in economic shambles. The majority of the population is foolish and seeks to blame everyone else for their problems. Does anyone know what happened to Charis Johnson? Did she go to prison or get off scott free? I know I lost $1200 of my own money and then followed what I was suppose to do according to the overseer in order to get it back but they never gave me back my money. I didn’t expect the SEC to actually give me back my money anyway but still why go to all the trouble to make people think that your going to give them back their money and then don’t. Typical government retards.

This is the first time I’ve read comments about this scam. Many different people with many different views. There is only one freedom and you have to make it happen. Educate yourselves!! The Government is a business, not suppose to have been one but now is. Believe it or not, many will not believe this because you have been brainwashed into thinking just the way the government does. That’s what they have designed the system to do, to brainwash you and program you the way they want things to be from the time you are born and no one realizes that we were all born free and can live free. It begins with God and if you understand Gods plan then you will see very clearly that the Government found an open door and ran through it. Why do you think that the attorneys ended up with most of the money? They are all in bed together and will continue to do so. As a result, they are trained to make people believe that they are doing due diligence and working to get your money back. Well, it’s been apx. 4 years and all of a sudden, there is $45 million being claimed and only $15 million to disperse. Well, imagine that!! I remember about a year ago, being one of those people that lost a little money with 12dailypro, emailing the attorneys and asking them what they were doing with all the money that was sitting dormant. It has been invested since day one. My personal opinion of course, but common sense as well. All unclaimed money is set aside and the principal cannot be touched but the interest it is making belongs to them, they can do with it what they wish. Imagine that! Well, I recall getting a nasty email telling me to read the portal. I read it alright, again only telling you what they want u to know, not the truth. However, it is possible to make a lot of money in a short period of time legally, if you educate yourself and find that out for yourselves. The Governments laws aren’t Gods laws, think about it, if you dare to believe and know the real truth!
All entities of the Gov’t are thieves! We just conform and do what they want because you don’t know the answers to fix the problem. Believe me, the answers are there, you just have to take the time to look and find out for yourselves and know that nothing is impossible with God.

So.. I put like $50 or $100 bucks into 12DP way back when it was going on.. close to the end. Common Sense told me that it probably wasn’t legit, but i did it anyways. Anyone lacking common sense has to learn the hard way.

Only invest in sketchy Get-Rich-Quick schemes what you can afford to give away.

I knew going in i’d probably never see a return on that money, and ta-da! No surprise there!

Use your heads.. honestly. Work for your cash people.

Who knows what happened to that money. The Gov’t probably spent it on the bombs they dropped in Afghanistan.

You both need to read the Declaration of Independence, which states that the purpose of government is to ensure that the people have the ability to govern themselves. How does hundreds of millions of pages of written laws, statutes, and administrative codes accomplish that? Our “government” is illegitimate, and has been for a long time. Dictating how someone chooses to prosper and “pursue happiness” violates the very essence of what this Country was built upon…

I was raped by the SEC for $13,000, $6k of which was personally invested and the other $7k was profits reinvested from 12dp. Who do I blame? Two people, neither of which are Charis Johnson (because she ALWAYS paid on time). The first person is myself, for putting all of my eggs in one basket and for not pulling out my original investment and “playing with the bank”. The second person, or rather entity, is Big Brother. Lets face it, WE, AS A NATION OF SUPPOSEDLY FREE PEOPLE, HAVE LOST ALL CONTROL OVER OUR GOVERNMENT BECAUSE WE CHOOSE SAFETY AND SECURITY OVER FREEDOM AND PROSPERITY!!!

Think you’re free? Fart in an elevator then call an attorney and ask him if you broke some sort of law or code! Know what you’ll get? A $300 bill from Goldstein and Weiner, thats what!
